I've started with the clean, then I've filled any holes and strap downs. Put foil tape over the holes. I used sikafix for the holes and also to lay the batons down. You can get this from most DIY shops. Prepare the ply template, I then created batons from the old ply, 9mm will make the floor fit flush. Use your newly made template to cut the altro floor, with a 5cm gap around the edge. Then fit the new floor onto the batons. Lay the altro floor down, make your cuts so it fits perfect.

You can then use FBall F44 to glue the altro to the ply. This is the best product out there for this job, F44 is £30 from ebay, 5L is what you will need. Then trowel it on. Use a cork board or squeegee and a roller to push the air out. Above the altro floor, wipe it wet to help with this.
