If so, try this, disconnect the device once it is charged for whatever length of time, then connect it again, your computer should then find the unit as an external drive and launch the application to load the pictures. If this does not work, disconnect the device, shutdown the computer then connect the unit before starting the computer so it will recognize the unit at bios startup, then go to the drive represented by the digital trio viewer and launch the application.
